Agreement
By using Salesprep (salesprep.ai and app.salesprep.ai), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Salesprep is operated by Byron Calles AB, Sweden.
The service
Salesprep is an AI-powered sales training platform. You practice sales conversations against AI counterparts and receive automated feedback. The service is provided “as is”. AI-generated feedback is for training purposes and should not be considered professional sales coaching advice.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person per account unless you have a team plan. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions and payments
Free accounts: limited functionality as described on the pricing page.
Paid subscriptions: billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are listed on salesprep.ai/pricing and may change with 30 days notice.
Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time via your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access until the period ends.
Team plans
Team plan administrators are responsible for managing their team members. The administrator’s organization is billed based on the number of active sellers and admins. Adding users beyond the plan limit requires a plan upgrade.
Acceptable use
You may not: use the service for anything illegal, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models, share your account with others (unless on a team plan), use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage, or resell or redistribute the service.
Intellectual property
Salesprep — including the platform, AI models, scoring algorithms and website content — is owned by Byron Calles AB. Your call transcripts and data remain yours. You grant us a license to process your data solely to provide the service.
Limitation of liability
Salesprep is a training tool. We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost data beyond what is required by Swedish law.
Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may occur. We will notify users of planned downtime when possible.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
