Why
Friction was the problem, not quality
Roleplaying with colleagues takes two calendars, a willing sparring partner, and someone who can actually play an uncomfortable counterpart. In practice it rarely happens. So salespeople end up training on real leads instead, which is expensive in both time and lost deals.

How we think about the product
The scoring has to feel fair
Every score comes with a concrete comment that points at what worked and what can be improved. No vague criticism.
Routine beats intensity
Better to train 15 minutes a day than two hours once a month. Everything from onboarding to report is built around daily cycles.
The human doesn't end up second
The AI takes over the volume, but the sales coach becomes more important, not less. The report is explicitly designed to be read by a coach.
