Who we are
Salesprep is operated by Byron Calles AB, a company registered in Sweden (organisationsnummer 559508-4988). Registered address: Riddargatan 47, 114 57 Stockholm. Contact: [email protected]. We are the data controller for personal data processed through salesprep.ai and app.salesprep.ai.
What data we collect
Account information: email address, name, and password hash when you create an account.
Usage data: call transcripts, scores, feedback reports and session history generated when you use the platform.
Payment data: processed by Stripe. We never store credit card numbers. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. Collected via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
Communication data: emails you send to us via contact forms or support.
Why we collect it (legal basis)
Account and usage data: necessary to deliver the service you signed up for (GDPR Article 6(1)(b), contract performance).
Payment data: necessary to process your subscription (contract performance).
Technical and analytics data: our legitimate interest in understanding how visitors use the site and improving the service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). You can opt out via cookie settings.
Communication data: your consent when you contact us, and our legitimate interest in responding.
How we use your data
To provide and maintain Salesprep — running calls, generating scores, saving history. To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe. To send transactional emails such as receipts, password resets and subscription updates. To improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing.
Who we share data with
Supabase (database hosting, EU region): stores account and usage data.
Stripe (payment processing): processes payment data under their own privacy policy.
ElevenLabs (voice synthesis): receives audio during calls for text-to-speech. Audio is not stored by ElevenLabs after processing.
OpenAI (AI models): receives call transcripts for scoring and AI responses. Data processing agreement in place.
CookieYes (cookie consent): manages consent preferences.
DigitalOcean (hosting): hosts the application.
All processors are bound by data processing agreements. We only share what is necessary for each service to function.
Data retention
Account data: kept as long as your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
Call transcripts and scores: kept as long as your account is active. You can delete individual calls or all data at any time.
Raw audio: deleted immediately after scoring. We do not store audio recordings.
Payment records: kept for 7 years as required by Swedish accounting law (Bokföringslagen).
Analytics data: anonymized and aggregated, retained indefinitely.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to access your data (request a copy of everything we have), rectify inaccurate data, erase your data (the “right to be forgotten”), restrict processing, request data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format), object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY): imy.se.
Data transfers
Some of our processors (OpenAI, Stripe) may process data outside the EU/EEA. These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel. We conduct regular security reviews.
Children
Salesprep is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
