Privacy policy

How we handle personal data and call data in Salesprep. This page is updated when we change something in the platform, and the last-updated date is at the bottom.

What data we collect

When you create an account we store your first name, last name, email address, password (hashed), phone number (optional) and organization. When you make a call we store the transcript, the scoring and a timestamp in your own history. The raw audio is not kept after the scoring has run.

How we use the data

Transcripts and scoring are shown only to you (and to an admin in your organization if you are part of a team). We do not use your data to train the models. Third-party services we use: OpenAI for scoring, ElevenLabs for voice, Supabase for database and authentication.

Your rights

You can download all of your data as JSON or CSV from the settings in the portal at any time, and delete your entire account including all calls with a single button. If you want help, email [email protected].
