The Salesprep website is operated by Byron Calles AB, a company registered in Sweden (organisationsnummer 559508-4988). Registered address: Riddargatan 47, 114 57 Stockholm. Contact: [email protected]. We are the data controller for the personal data processed through this website (salesprep.ai). The Salesprep app (app.salesprep.ai) is run by the same company under the separate service Privacy Policy linked above.
What data we process
Log and technical data: when you visit, our hosting and security providers automatically record your IP address, browser and device type, the referring page, the pages you view and timestamps in server logs.
Cookies and local preferences: a small set of cookies, plus preferences such as your language and light or dark theme, which are stored locally in your browser and not sent to us. Necessary cookies — including the record of your consent choice — keep the site working and secure. Optional analytics cookies are set only if you accept them. Communication data: our contact page does not host a form — it opens your email app to write to [email protected]. If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message so we can reply.
Why we process it (legal basis)
Log and technical data, necessary cookies: our legitimate interest in operating, securing and troubleshooting the website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Analytics cookies: your consent, given in the cookie banner (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.
Email you send us: our legitimate interest in answering you; if your message concerns buying or using Salesprep, also steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Language and theme preferences: stored locally on your device; where this is personal data, our legitimate interest in remembering your settings.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses necessary cookies (your consent record and basic security) and, only with your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics) that give us aggregated statistics on how pages are used. We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the cookie icon in the bottom-left corner of the page. Who we share data with
Hosting and delivery (DigitalOcean; Cloudflare for content delivery and bot protection): process server-log data, including your IP address, to serve and protect the site.
CookieYes (cookie consent): records and stores your cookie-consent choice.
Google Analytics (analytics, only with your consent): receives aggregated usage data about the site.
Our email provider: handles the emails you send us so we can read and reply to them.
All processors are bound by data processing agreements and only receive what they need. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Data retention
Server and security logs: kept only as long as needed to run and protect the site, then deleted or anonymized.
Cookies: for the durations listed in the Cookie Policy (for example, your consent record for about one year).
Analytics: aggregated and anonymized; the underlying cookies expire as set out in the Cookie Policy.
Emails you send us: kept as long as needed to handle your message and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to access your data (request a copy of everything we have), rectify inaccurate data, erase your data (the “right to be forgotten”), restrict processing, request data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format), object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time.

Data transfers
Most data we process for the website stays within the EU/EEA. If you accept analytics cookies, Google may process data in the United States; those transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Security
We serve the website over an encrypted connection (TLS/HTTPS). Access to any personal data is restricted to authorized personnel, and we conduct regular security reviews.
Children
The website is aimed at businesses and sales professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
