How realistic is the cold customer?

The AI is instructed to answer like a human on the phone. It uses filler words, pauses, and keeps replies short. Three lines in, it's hard to tell it isn't a real person.

Can I practice being interrupted?

Yes, several of the personas are built to be curt or dismissive. The dismissive head of procurement will happily hang up if you don't catch her attention fast.

What gets scored in cold call mode?
