How it works
The setup

In setup you define your starting offer: price, scope, timeline and payment terms. The AI gets a hidden counter-offer that is reasonable but invisible to you.

The negotiation runs in real time. The AI presses on the variables it cares about. Every concession you make is tracked. If you lose the rhythm, the AI tries to take over the driving.

The report shows whether you discovered the real problem, how much value you gave away, and whether your final position falls inside the range the AI was willing to accept.
