  • How does the AI feedback work?

    A reasoning language model analyzes the transcript and rates ten parameters on a 1–10 scale. Tone is scored separately from the audio. Every score comes with a concrete comment.
  • Which scenarios can I practice?

    Six modules: cold call, follow-up, rescheduling, pitch, presentation and negotiation, each with five personas. Available modules depend on your plan.
  • Can I use it for onboarding?

    Yes. Team plans give the coach an admin view with every rep's scores and development graph. New reps can run twenty calls in their first week without burning colleagues' time.
  • What plans are available and how do they differ?

    Free: ten cold calls, ten metrics per call and one feedback report. Starter: cold call module with 50 roleplays/month and feedback reports at €29.99/month. Pro: cold call, follow-up and reschedule with 150 roleplays/month at €79.99/month.   • Do I need to install anything?

    No. Salesprep runs in the browser on desktop and mobile. You just need to grant microphone access the first time.
  • How realistic does the AI customer sound?

    The AI voice answers with short lines, filler words and pauses. Multiple Swedish and English voices in different genders are drawn per call.
  • What happens to my calls?

    Transcripts and scores are saved in your history. Raw audio is deleted after scoring. You can delete all your data at any time.
